FEED HIGH TEC – High-performance destacker
Fully automatic, sheet-accurate feeding for maximum efficiency
Schneider Engineering's FEED HIGH TEC systems enable precise and fast feeding of individual sheets in high-performance processes. Thanks to a patented pincer gripper system, single or double sheets are reliably separated and fed directly to the next processing stage via conveyor belts. The process is fully automated, significantly reducing manual intervention and ensuring maximum process reliability – even at high production speeds. Ideal for industrial applications with high quality requirements.

Robotic flatbed cutting systems
Automated cutting systems for large-format materials up to 3 meters
Our flatbed cutting systems with robot technology perform fully automatic cutting of sheet materials such as paper, plastic, or aluminum. The systems combine precise knife heads, gripping and swivel robots, and intelligent control technology for complex cutting processes with minimal operator intervention. The integration of knife lubrication, restacking, and secure material guidance makes the system particularly reliable and durable. The systems can be adapted to different requirements in a modular fashion.

Presses (350–1000 tons)
Powerful press technology for special applications such as puzzle die cutting
Schneider Engineering's hydraulic presses are characterized by enormous power reserves and high repeat accuracy. With a pressing force of 350 to 1000 tons, they are particularly suitable for applications with high material resistance – e.g., in the field of puzzle manufacturing. Automated material feed and easy tool changes ensure high production speeds and short setup times. Includes conveyor belt removal solution.

Punching systems
Specialized equipment for envelope and box die cutting
Our punching systems are designed for industrial processing of paper and cardboard. They enable the precise production of envelopes and box covers in large quantities. The systems feature automatic knife positioning, cylinder lubrication, and format-dependent control via PC or Excel template. Integrated exhaust air technology and automatic sheet positioning minimize downtime. Also available as a retrofit for existing systems.

Stacking systems
Precise stacking technology for further processing – ergonomic and efficient
Our restacking systems enable you to achieve precise stacking results without manual intervention. The systems consist of destackers, gripper systems for sheet separation, and restackers with pneumatic height adjustment. The system allows flexible format changes within a few minutes. Ideal for optimizing logistics within printing and die-cutting processes. Operation is simple, energy consumption is low, and availability is high.

Vibrating reclaimer
Precise edge shaking and restacking – automated and space-saving
These modular systems combine an effective vibration system for sheet separation with a stacker for perfect nesting. They are particularly suitable for sensitive materials and high production volumes. The system guarantees uniform edges, stable layer formation, and minimal complaint rates. It can be seamlessly integrated with upstream processes and increases the overall efficiency of the production line.
